Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.

Hello!

I’m Morgan

and I'm so glad you’re here.

It's sure been a rough ride of late - how are you holding up?

If you're like so many of us, I imagine you might be longing for a sense of connection, possibility, and hope in the face of the shit-storm of personal and collective injustice, trauma, grief and loss we're all living through. Not the kind of hope that keeps us comfortable and complacent, but the kind that moves us into right action - pushing us to become the creatives, healers and changemakers we are meant to be - to create the more beautiful, more caring, more just world we know in our hearts is possible.

My role is to support you to reconnect with the wisest, most authentic, most empowered story you can tell about yourself in these 'unprecedented times" (ugh). I will hold space as you mourn or rage at the things that can't be changed. I will help you to gather the support, resources, knowledge and skills you need to live into your truth - whatever that may be. And, when the time is right, I will witness, honour and celebrate what arises from that deeply rooted, connected and generative place.

LIFE IS A JOURNEY

And it’s rarely as smooth as we’d like it to be. Sometimes we need some support and guidance along the way. That’s where counselling comes in.

Below you’ll find some areas I tend to be the most helpful with.

It’s nowhere near an exhaustive list - more like the highlight reel - so don’t worry if you don’t see your concerns articulated here. I’m happy to meet with you for a consultation to see how well we fit.

A person with shoulder length brown hair and an orange toque stands at the beginning of a long grey metal suspension bridge above a valley with green, orange and yellow trees.

Would you like some support with:

  • Learning to cope with intense and overwhelming emotions like worry and anxiety, guilt, shame, anger or hopelessness?

  • Improving interpersonal relationships and navigating boundaries, communication and intimacy?

  • Getting unstuck from indecision and moving forward with clarity and confidence?

  • Shifting unhelpful patterns contributing to chronic exhaustion, burnout or overwhelm?

  • Honouring and responding to climate and ecological grief, anxiety and despair about the state of the world?

  • Addressing the impacts of neurodiversity, disability, chronic pain or illness and/or systemic and structural violence related to gender, sexuality, race, ability?

  • Exploring gender or sexual identity, queerness and authentic self-expression?

  • Growing your capacity to live mindfully and practice self-compassion and embodied presence?

I’d be honoured to walk alongside as you move toward a life that makes sense - whatever that looks like for you!

I strongly believe that it is only when we are seen, supported and internally and externally resourced that we can engage effectively in the healing our world so desperately needs.
